Hit-and-run victim suffers critical injury

A 20-year-old Kampong Chhnang man is in critical condition after a brutal hit-and-run accident in the province’s Kampong Leng district.

Police said the man who did it was driving “like the wind” when he swerved to avoid a pothole and crossed into the victim’s lane.

While the victim suffered a potentially deadly injury, the driver, as so often is the case, escaped with mere scratches before bolting.
