A little more spontaneity might have kept five notorious punks in Stung Treng town from arrest on Thursday. When all five gathered in a town park toting steel rods and wooden sticks, concerned citizens informed military police that the hoodlums were apparently planning one of their famous drug-induced wedding fights, or some other mischief. Before the quintet could begin their rampage, the military cops took them and their two motorbikes into custody. Kampuchea Thmey
